Our Wedding Dog Chaperone Service package is fully personalised to suit your individual wedding pet care needs. We believe in creating a package which is
tailored to your dog and your personal wedding day requirements. 

Our Wedding Dog Chaperone Package includes as standard

A free initial consultation via telephone or WhatsApp video call is arranged to ascertain your wedding day pet care requirements. Our initial consultation is approx. 30 minutes in duration and is a great opportunity to get to know each other, discuss our chaperone service in detail, problem solve, create and formulate a plan so your dog/s can be a part of your wedding, stress free!   
A quotation is generated and sent via email for your consideration. Our quote is valid for 7 working days. If we did get another enquiry for your wedding date, we would contact you accordingly. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your quote to be generated. 

Pre Wedding Pet Care

Collection of your dog/s from an agreed location on the morning of the wedding,
Pet sitting on the morning of your wedding day, so all the wedding party can enjoy their wedding preparations,
A 30min - 1 hour walk beforehand to burn off any excess excitable energy, 
We will make sure your dog/s are photo ready with a bath and brush up. If appropriate we will accessorise your dog/s with your chosen wedding attire,
Venue / Church Familiarisation prior to the ceremony including the ceremony room. It is so important to ensure your dog is comfortable in their surroundings.

Wedding Dog Chaperone

Chaperone your dog/s to the church/wedding venue. (This could include any pre-ceremony photography if required). Your dog/s can be a meet and greeter as the guests arrive. A VIP guest as part of the ceremony. We can chaperone your dog/s during the ceremony to keep them calm. Or walk down the aisle as a flower girl or dog of honour with a member of the wedding party or we can assist with this. We can then sit to the side of the aisle, rear of the ceremony or wherever you choose, Ring Bearer Co-ordination during the ceremony so your dog/s can be a beautiful Ring Bearer including liaising with the Registrars and Venue Co-Ordinations. Chaperone and entertain your dog/s at the wedding venue, provide comfort breaks, food and water as required,
Provide care and assist your photographer / videographer. This can be pre, post and including your wedding ceremony, drinks reception, evening photographs plus much more.  We are here to help you to achieve the very best wedding photographs you will treasure forever! 
Approximately 2-3 hours at the wedding venue (longer available on request), You may only want your dog/s there for 20 minutes for a few photographs but by blocking this time out, allows for any delays and this gives you flexibility and reassurance that you will get the photographs that you require with your dog/are comfortable in their surrounding / the venue! 

Post Wedding Pet Care

Chaperone your dog/s to an agreed, supervised location (your home, doggie hotel, home from home boarder, kennels, neighbour / family friend etc) so you
do not have to worry and enjoy your big day & party all night long. We also offer a Pet Sitting option where we can continue to care for your dog/s
at an agreed pet sitting location, so you have peace of mind your dog is in great hands as you enjoy your evening celebrations up to midnight. (Examples of pet sitting locations - your wedding venue, hotel room, your home, wedding accommodation, rented holiday accommodation i.e. Airbnb / cottage).
If we are pet sitting onsite at your wedding venue, we can further assist your Photographer / Videographer at Golden Hour / Sun Set if you wish to include
your dog in these magical pictures. WhatsApp updates during the day for your added peace of mind.

"Get-to-know-you" Meeting / On-going Support
A mandatory face to face "get-to-know-you" meeting is required leading up to the big day to meet you and your dog/s in person. This is also a great opportunity for your dog/s to get familiar with their Wedding Dog Chaperones and is included in your quote as standard.  (These sessions are arranged 1-2 months prior to your wedding).

Additional face to face "get-to-know-you" familiarisation sessions/walks with your dog/s can also be organised at an additional charge. Unlimited support in the form of video calls, telephone, texts and emails in the run up to your wedding day.

Wedding Day Pet Sitting Services

A great alternative to our Wedding Dog Chaperone service. Here at Awesome pride and groom, we understand that when it comes to your wedding day, there are often circumstances which may dictate whether your dog can attend your wedding or not (for example venue restrictions).

Your friends and family who are attending your wedding, may also be struggling and worried about finding appropriate pet care solutions for their dogs on your special day.

Awesome Pride & Groom offers a Wedding Day Pet Sitting Service designed to solve all wedding day pet care worries. This service is a perfect solution for couples and their friends and family too! Our Wedding Day Pet Sitting service is completely bespoke and can be fully tailored to your wedding day requirements.

Wedding Packages

All packages can be tailored to individual requirements. Subject to availability we can offer pet sitting services. Please feel free to discuss with us your requirements. All packages are for a maximum of 2 dogs. For more than 2 dogs please contact us for a quote.

Packages start from as little as £249 and can be tailored to suit your dog’s needs and requirements.

Basic Package:

Collection of your dog the night before your wedding and returned the morning after your wedding. This includes:

Silver Package:

Collection of your dog the night before your wedding and returned the morning after your wedding. This includes:

2 Nights home boarding

Dog food (unless your dog has specific dietary requirements then please supply their food)

Collection and drop off

Our professional groomer will bath and have your dog ready to attend your special day.

Chaperoned to your ceremony to share your special day with you.

 

Gold Package

Collection of your dog the night before your wedding and returned the morning after your wedding. This includes:

2 Nights home boarding

Dog food (unless your dog has specific dietary requirements then please supply their food)

Collection and drop off

Our professional groomer will provide a full groom subject to your requirements) or a bath and have your dog ready to attend your special day.

Chaperoned to your ceremony during the hours 1200 – 1700 to share your special day with you.

 

Platinum Package:

Collection of your dog the night before your wedding and returned the morning after your wedding. This includes:

2 Nights home boarding

Dog food (unless your dog has specific dietary requirements then please supply their food)

Collection and drop off

Our professional groomer will provide a full groom subject to your requirements) or a bath and have your dog ready to attend your special day.

Chaperoned to your ceremony during the hours 1000 – 2200hrs to share your special day with you. We will bring your dog to our dog friendly home for regular respite and make sure they are looking and feeling their best throughout the day.  

 

Booking our Service

If you wish to book our Chaperone Service, a 50% booking fee is payable. Upon receipt of this fee, your date will be formally reserved and confirmed on our calendar. The remaining 50% balance is payable 28 days before your wedding /ceremony date.  A Contract Agreement is also sent via email to be completed, signed and returned.
