I need flexibility around my busy work schedule which is never a problem and they are also very reasonably priced for day care/walking/boarding. 

We had a flight cancelled last minute and the friends looking after the house had left. We have a Cavapoo with a very curly coat and while we've had some terrible experiences with groomers in the past - who have shaved her too close when we've felt it was unnecessary - Frankie doesn't do this. We feel she took the time to assess our Mabel's coat and that she really cared about giving her the best experience. "Brilliant Care & Even Better Cuts. We recently took our 3 Labradoodles to Frankie for their much needed cuts. The 2 younger dogs can be very anxious but they were completely relaxed. We were asked how we would like the dogs hair to be cut and shaped due to the breed standards, which is something you don’t always get with labradoodles. Despite matting and knots which were due to the extra length of time since last groom, we couldn’t believe how fantastic they all looked when we went to collect. We were made aware that for the dogs wellbeing the matts/knots would need to be removed correctly. We were concerned due to past experiences that the dogs would be “shaved” to remove, but they kept their facial features and looked amazing. Can’t thank Frankie enough for her understanding and care to the dogs. Amazing."

"Groomer of my dreams. Can I give six stars please? I’ve finally found the groomer of my dreams. Frankie not only totally knows how to groom (I have a bearded collie and no one has been so fabulous with her before) but she takes time to explain how I can cope myself between visits. I have had beardies for years and no one has explained things so brilliantly before. My dog also seems to adore her. Frankie picked her up out the boot the other day and she just snuggled in and let her carry her all the way inside! I’ve never seen her let anyone do that before."
